I have been on a HUGE documentary kick as of late. So I haven't been watching to much horror, needless to say.
Heres what I have watched recently:
Paradise Lost If anyone hasn't seen this yet, you need too. It covers the West Memphis Three case, where 3 teenagers are wrongly accused of the deaths of three 8yr old boys. Its really good and will make you want to beat the shit out of someone.
Paradise Lost 2: Revelations Needless to say, the sequel to the original. This gives more information into the case of why the teenagers are innocent. Really good and shows the father of the one child who was murdered is a complete and utter nutjob.
Tales From The Crypt: Comic to Television This is very informative and pretty good overall. I never really knew the drama behind the Tales From The Vault and all the other comics from this generation. Worth a watch definitely.
Super High Me Doug Benson goes 30 days without smoking pot, and then 30 days smoking pot from the time he gets up till the time he goes to bed. I didn't find this documentary to be all that great at all. And kind of solidified it for me that I don't think Doug Benson is a very funny comedian.
Black Tar Heroin Documentary crew shows the lives of 5 individuals who are addicted to black tar heroin. Its fucking gross what these people will do to get a fix and the fact they are shooting up stuff that literally looks like shit. These people are a complete messes and are all probably dead by now. Worth a watch to make yourself feel good about yourself.

Comedians Of Comedy This is basically showing the behind the scenes of Patton Oswalt, Maria Bamford, Brian Posehn, and Zach Galifianakis on the road during the Comedians OF Comedy tour. I have watched this numerous times and its still just as funny the first time. They all share some good stories and memorable moments. Worth checking out for the fans of these comedians.
Fans of 'The Boondock Saints' (there are a few mentions on the board), need to check this doc out www.imdb.com/title/tt0390336/ . It's really amazing. I haven't even seen Boondock, but am certainly interested after watching this doc, the director has issues!

Nursery University, a film about how ridiculously competitive nursery and pre-schools are in New York City. Not sure why I watched this really, it was on television, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. This is truly a horror movie to me. The movie is basically about all of these super rich families' struggles to get their children into affluent pre-schools and the ridiculous hoops and hurdles they have to jump to do it. There are actually people who make a living by helping people apply for these schools, charging ridiculous fees for their services. The people in the movie are scared to death that if their child doesn't get into a super good pre-school, they're going to be fucked for life. It is pretty slow and boring, but the subject matter was what interested me. I wouldn't really recommend it but it was a learning experience, I guess.
Next up on my list: King Of Kong- A Fistful Of Quarters
King Of Kong is really good, and you will HATE Billy Mitchell by the time the documentary is over.
Today I plan on watching "Chasing Ghosts" and "Jesco The Dancing Outlaw", I'll post what I think about them after I watch them.
I have King of Kong sitting in front of me from Netflix, planning on watching it later. Is The Dancing Outlaw about Jesco White? I'm pretty sure a guy I went to high school with met him! You'll have to let us know how that one goes.

This video was recorded in mid 2009. My friend Morgan worked for Eric at the time so he is seen in the video also. All those guests also signed autographs at Eric's office prior to the video shoot. I know a lot of ppl who went to meet and greet Jesco and Ralph. Seeing as I live only 10 minutes from Eric's office, I could have stopped by but I imagine that place was packed like crazy.

bradtheman: Like all things in life, Deadpit Radio's run had to end at some point. Towards the end, Wes, Aaron, and Steve's hearts weren't in it and that it was time to move on. For what it's worth, I like to thank the threesome for inspiring me to do commentaries.

bradtheman: That and the horror genre was going down the tubes when Aaron and Wes signed off. It still is with the Child's Play remake and I Spit on Your Grave: Deja Vu as examples.

newt138: No mainstream horror was going down the tubes. There was plenty of good mainstream horror. But as fat fuck Wes told many people "Unless we get sent a copy for free I Aint reviewing it."
